How to conclude the contract
You will have to enter the chosen product in the appropriate cart through www.mulinoottino.it, you will then have to fill out the form and send the order. br> Once the order has been sent, an electronic order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. br> The contract will be concluded, and the purchase order binding, only when you receive our order confirmation: the successful completion of the payment is reserved in any case.
The prices applicable to each sale are established by www.mulinoottino.it, variable at any time and valid at the time of publication on the relevant html pages. br> Pursuant to art. 1341 - 1342 C.c. the subscriber of the contract declares to have read and specifically accepted the aforementioned general terms and conditions. br> Prices do not include transport costs, nor any additional charges (taxes, duties, etc.), which will be reported separately, charged to the customer.
The product will be delivered to the carrier as quickly as possible. br> Transport costs are at your expense. br> They vary according to the delivery method. br> The delivery terms that you find indicated in the "shipping costs" section are not binding. br> They indicate the length of time that can be assumed to normally be required for the item to be delivered to you. br> Under no circumstances could we be held responsible for any damage resulting from the delay in delivery. br> The material travels at the customer's own risk.
Liability and complaints

Obligations of the buyer
The buyer undertakes and obliges, once the "on line" purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased. br> It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false and / or invented and / or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and related further communications for him; personal data and e-mail must contain only their real personal data and not those of third parties, or fantasy. br> It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or to enter data of third parties. Right of withdrawal
In implementation of Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, amending Directives 93/13 / EEC and 1999/44 / EC and repealing Directives 85/577 / EEC and 97/7 / EC, the buyer ( understood as a natural person who, in relation to this contract acts, for purposes not related to any professional activity carried out) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 working days from receipt of the requested goods by registered letter with return receipt or e-mail or by sending an email to email@example.com br> In case of withdrawal, the sums previously paid by you for the returned product will be by bank transfer. br> Violation of the terms and conditions indicated above implies the ineffectiveness of the withdrawal. br> The consumer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for contracts for the purchase of products which, by their nature, cannot be postponed or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; in the same way, products intended for food preparation cannot be returned if they have been used. br> Upon arrival in our warehouse, all returned products will be carefully examined in order to check for any damage or tampering not caused by transport. br> We remind you that, for the purpose of delivering the purchased goods, you must enter your complete address in the Order Form, also specifying the house number. br> If the delivery address is different from that of the person making the payment or in any case it is necessary to integrate the information contained in the personal data with other indications, this information must be communicated, together with the street and number, within the fields of the "delivery address" area. br> More precisely, the "name and surname" field can possibly be used to specify the person or intercom to whom you must contact for delivery, while the "address" field to specify the street, house number, any building, staircase , plan, interior. br> Once you have completed the data entry in the Order Form and given your consent to the processing of your data, you can send the order.
Electronic order confirmation
Once you have sent your Purchase Order, our systems will proceed to carry out the necessary checks. br> Once the verification phase is completed, the Company will confirm the acceptance of the order.
